Healthy physical movement is crucial for overall health and better sleep


Find something to take care of your body physically. It doesn't have to be due to holiday pressure.


In fact, it should be now. Go drink water, breathe for 30 seconds or in my case consider getting a home gym product since I reached a fitness plateau. This is self=care.


I saw this and am seriously considering getting it since it's much more easier than going to the gym.
