Coach Guided Metaphysical Coaching With coach guided programs, you receive dedicated support and deeper guidance from your Spiritual Crossing Guard and holistic coach. These sessions are designed to help you move beyond surface-level insights into meaningful transformation, with compassionate direction and reflection at every step. What to Expect -A safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, energy, and goals -Use of the TID Coaching Intake Form to personalize your journey -Empowerment tools and spiritual practices provided by a Certified Holistic Life Coach and Metaphysical Practitioner -Scheduled 45-minute sessions, typically spanning 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your needs and goals -Confidentiality, freedom of expression, and spiritual integrity at the core of every session -Flexible session formats: in person, phone, video call, or written exchange (email/IM) -Coaching agreements and medical/physical releases provided for your clarity and protection -The goal of these programs is to support balance of mind, body, spirit, and environment while guiding you through spiritual awakening, energy boundaries, and holistic living.
