A focused one-on-one session for moments of confusion, spiritual disruption, or existential questioning. This session supports clarity, grounding, and discernment when something meaningful or unfamiliar is unfolding. -Confidentiality, freedom of expression, and spiritual integrity at the core of every session -Flexible session formats: in person, phone, video call, or written exchange (email/IM) -Session agreements and medical/physical releases provided for your clarity and protection -The goal of these programs is to support balance of mind, body, spirit, and environment while guiding you through spiritual awakening, energy boundaries, and holistic living.
