Navigating Spiritual Darkness

Exploring why Darkness is part of the path, not a detour

Service Description

This session draws from the same framework explored in You Can’t Skip the Dark, which recognizes darkness as an inherent and meaningful part of spiritual and human experience rather than something to bypass, rush through, or “fix.” Navigating spiritual darkness often involves disorientation, fear, emptiness, or a loss of familiar meaning. This work offers context, discernment, and support for staying present with what is unfolding while maintaining stability, agency, and coherence.
