Enjoy Wonderful Oranges of a All Types!!

Many of us struggle with chronic fatigue, excessive tiredness, low, energy and chronic pain. The reason for this is quite complicated and diverse. As you try to understand why and work on healing, try this: essential oils, especially the citrus family. I use it to manage my fatigue and every bit helps. I use it personally and make body and home scents to create functional fragrances.

What are functional fragrances?

Functional fragrances are a type of fragrance that is designed to serve a specific purpose beyond simply smelling good. Rather than being used solely for aesthetic purposes, functional fragrances are formulated to provide specific benefits for the user, such as improving mood, reducing stress, increasing focus, or promoting relaxation.

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years for their therapeutic and aromatic benefits. Among the many types of essential oils available, orange, sweet orange, and mandarin essential oils are particularly popular due to their refreshing, uplifting, and energizing properties. In this blog post, we will explore the benefits of these three essential oils. Although I use many more oils for different purposes, these are some of my favorites and you'll see, feel and smell why.

Orange essential oil is extracted from the peel of the fruit through cold pressing. It has a sweet and citrusy aroma that is known to uplift and energize the mood. Here are some of the benefits of orange essential oil:

Consult with your medical professional before using essential oils if you're pregnant or have any allergies.

How are sleep and dreams connected to all of this?

Sleep and dreams are a gateway to other states of consciousness and wellness. In dreams, our soul calls us. If we choose to pay attention, this is where we can spark or elevate our spiritual awakening and overall health. We can connect to a greater place of knowledge than we do in waking life alone. The ego takes a back seat and our higher self speaks from a place of truth via symbols, whether you remember or not.
